She's Baaaaack...

Hello all my fellow scrapbookers!
I know it has been awhile, I guess the personal life takes over every so often (I am sure you've been there) but my hobby is never very far from my heart or my thoughts.  I had the pleasure to work with a new mini kit this week from CatDesignz and my creativity has once again been sparked into action.
This new little mini is called Lavender Love and is available at My Memories.  You can swing by and grab it now for $3.49, a steal of a deal for this cute little kit.
(I recently upgraded from my poor old Photoshop 7 to Photoshop Elements 12 so really had a chance to play with some new techniques).

I hear through the grapevine that there just may be some new kits coming down the line very soon so stay tuned...

I am so very happy to be back scrapping with you again.
Until next time,
Happy Scrappin!

It's been awhile...

Hello fellow Scrapbookers!
I know it has been awhile since I have made a posting.  I am actually a bit surprised at how much time has past.  Busy, busy, busy.  I know life must catch up with you just like it does with me.  This year I have been trying my best to make sure I do the things that make life a bit easier, meal planning, setting time aside for all those things I said I would get to, but just haven't yet.  So far I think I am getting on the right track.  I find that my scrapbooking can be a bit like that too.  When all of my supplies are a mess, pictures are not properly named and filed, it can be really difficult to get to and enjoy the thing we love to do most, scrapbooking our treasured memories!  This year if you do just one thing, resolve to get those photos organized and set up a filing system for all your digi treasures!  If you need some help with how to do that, I will be setting up an area on my blog with just that type of information for you, so stay tuned, or feel free to contact me.  I am happy to help!
Speaking of digi treasures, I have some wonderful ones to show you from the world of CatDesignz.
The very latest kit I am going to show you is called "A Butterfly's Touch".  This kit is full of beautiful vintage pieces, beautiful florals, and of course a few butterflys.

I really enjoyed playing with this kit.  Here are a few of my layouts.

This one I turned into a Quick Page so you could enjoy it too!  Watch for it, it should be available soon!

This year has also seen the introduction of some craftable templates.  These work with the My Memories program.

And of course a Quick Page!

Take a stop on by to see all of the fantastic new products Catherine has in store, you won't be disappointed!

I will leave you with that for now and will be back again soon to show you more goodies and provide you with more inspiration for your preserving your family memories!

Happy Scrappin!

Yayyyy! It's Friday - FREEBIE!

Good Morning all my fellow Memory Keepers!
Happy Friday to you!
Are you looking forward to getting back into a routine?  Ready to settle down and get some scrapbooking done?  I know I am!  I have decided that I am going to get all of my photo's scanned this year and at least one photo album printed out before Christmas so I am going to be a busy girl, but I do have a secret weapon up my sleeve!  Photobooks and kits from CatDesignz!
Just check out some of the pages in this photobook I created using one of Catherine's brand new designer scrapbooking kits called Je Taime!  It is called Je Taime Papillion and you can get it now at Catherine's My Memories store.

Using the My Memories software (which you can pick up for a steal of a deal using my special code STMMMS74799 ) all you need to do is drop in your photos and your finished!  Print, make a DVD or create a video to share on line with your family and friends!  Nothing could be easier, especially when you have gorgeous kits and photobooks on hand!

Here is a photobook called Heaven Sent.  This is a perfect book to scrap all of those baby and children photos!  All of these elements and background papers can be found in the kit called Little Cherubs by CatDesignz.

Looking for something a bit more whimsical?  How about this photobook called My Happy Ever After.  I just LOVE the cute little elements I used from Catherine's kit Life Is A Fairy Tale.  I feel as though I am transported away into another fantastic, wonderful, fairy tale dimension!

How about something for the boys?  Here is a little sneek peek for you!  This photobook called "X Marks The Spot" is sure to be perfect for all those pictures of the boys (and all those princess pirates too)!  It will be hitting the store very soon, so stay on the lookout!  These fantastic elements come straight from the amazing new kit called Pirate Gold!

Although the photobooks require the My Memories software to use, you can still purchase Catherine's kits which can be downloaded in either the My Memories format or in General format for use in whatever program you currently use.
